Dr. Nigam’s Goodhealth Pvt. Ltd is a 14 year old brand into hair transplantations services with its change of clinics across India and the main corporate clinic at Mumbai, India. The company also co-owns a biotech laboratory, exclusively for hair follicle tissue engineering, stem cell isolation culture, DP/DS cells isolation and culture. The biotech lab focuses on cellular, molecular and genetic understanding of androgenic alopecia and neo hair follicular genesis utilizing dermal papilla cells and autologous adult stem cells of one’s own hair follicle. At present we have achieved 50-55% success rate in activating dormant hair follicle and creating new hair follicles on an androgenic scalp. Unpublished case studies are being done which will be published subsequently at the end of 2013.
